It suddenly occurred to me tonight that I may be slightly too old for these monkey pajama pants that I got from Aeropostale at least six years ago. But they are so warm and comfy, I just don't care!

Snowy Day = 2 Hour Delay!

This is the view from my classroom. It looks like a prison with horizontal bars in this picture. It was taken at the end of the day when most of the snow had been cleared off of walkways and roads. It would have been more effective if I had taken it right when I got there, I guess!

Baby Steps

I can now successfully play a few very simple, babyish songs on my violin! Tres exciting! (Apparently the violin makes me feel cultured and like I need to speak French. Too bad I only remember about seven words from the three years I took in high school. Also, I don't know how to put the accent grave above the "e" and it's really getting to me...I better click "Publish Post" right now before I spend 2 hours trying to figure it out!)

Gabby has figured out how to get on top of the refrigerator, because that is where I used to keep her treats. She was probably disappointed once she got up there though, because I moved them!

Lost and Found

I found my ring holder today with two of my old rings. The pink one is from my parents for my 21st birthday. My dad was a computer programmer for Sterling Jewelers at the time and we got a lot of jewelry as gifts which my sister and I LOVED! And the other one is the promise ring that Luke gave me on our one-year-dating-anniversary. Both are so special to me, and I'm so glad I found them! Even though I hadn't previously realized they were lost ;-)
